Nathan Bray (on the right, with Phil Smith at the Newark Jazz Festival 2010) is a leading trumpeter and arranger who has worked with some great international jazz stars including Quincy Jones, McCoy Tyner, Oscar Peterson, and Bill Bruford to British bandleaders Guy Barker, Kenny Wheeler, Stan Tracey, and Tim Garland. Singers include, Tony Bennett, Jack Jones, Tony Hadley, and Lulu, Jamie Cullum, and Will Young.
Nathan has worked with many Big Bands including West Germany's WDR Big Band, the Colin Towns Mask Orchestra, Kenny Wheeler Big Band, The Ronnie Scott's Big Band, X factor Big Band, The Pop Idol Big Band, Echo's of Ellington. He’s written arrangements for Will Young, Kelly Clarkson, Emma Bunton and for his own band
